We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Due to high demand during ongoing promotions, order dispatch may occasionally experience slight delays.
Please note that order preparation begins 10 minutes after your order is completed.
During this period, you may request an order change or cancellation. Once preparation has started, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.
All orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation and the processing window.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 2 to 4 days for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to customs processing, local holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
For most destinations we ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means import duties and taxes are prepaid and you won’t be billed on delivery. In a small number of remote markets local customs fees may still apply, if you have any concerns about your destination, please contact us before ordering at info@tibijewels.com

We deliver to most countries worldwide. However, a few remote regions or islands may be excluded from delivery.
If your country appears as an available option during checkout, we are able to ship to your location.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use this tracking number to follow the delivery progress directly on the courier's website.
If tracking updates are not immediately visible, please allow 48 to 72 hours for the courier system to display movement.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You have a 10 minute window after placing your order to request any changes or cancellations.
After this period has passed or once the order has entered processing, modifications are no longer possible.
